SynopsisPrivate property is a central institution in most Western political, social and legal systems. The Property A unit aims to introduce students to this area of legal knowledge and to the historical, social, economic and political factors which have influenced its development. In addition, the Property A unit enables students to gain an understanding of the relationship between the rules of property law and other rules used to resolve conflicts between legal persons. ObjectivesStudents who successfully complete the unit should have:
