SynopsisThe Higher Education Project units are designed to bring about an increased awareness in teaching practice and improve student learning. In this unit, HED5031 Higher education project: design and literature review, candidates choose any area of teaching and learning in higher education and design a negotiated project that will enable them to investigate and improve their own teaching practice. Having successfully completed HED5031, candidates can choose to conduct the project to fulfil the requirements of the subsequent unit HED5032 Higher education project: data gathering and analysis. Associate Professor Angela Carbone Contact hoursThe equivalent of 2 contact hours per week (face-to-face and/or online) is expected on average. The remaining workload of 10 hours per week will include literature search and review time, reading and private study time, completion of the assessment activities.
