SynopsisThis unit encourages the creative, open and innovative use of computer-mediated art and design. Students are introduced to the various software options (including drawing, painting, and image-editing software) and peripheral devices for digital acquisition, storage and output. Demonstrations and lectures are given on the techniques and capabilities of vector and pixel-based applications for both print and screen-based outcomes.
