SynopsisThis unit provides an understanding of insurance law and related areas applicable to risk and insurance managers in Australia including the nature of insurance contracts, the duty of disclosure, utmost good faith, remedies and claims, intermediaries, industry regulation, tort reform and professional standards legislation with particular consideration of directors and officers liability cover.
