The Master of Philosophy program may be undertaken in any area of research offered by the Faculty of Law.The current principal research areas cover:

Requirements

Students are required to complete a major thesis of 50,000 words which may be undertaken in any of the principal areas of research within the faculty. The thesis must embody the results of research in a field of study approved by the faculty and be carried out by the candidate under supervision. It must be the original work of the candidate, except where due reference is made in the thesis, display a thorough understanding of subject matter and contribute to knowledge and understanding within the field of study concerned.
