DescriptionThis course provides students with the opportunity to pursue in-depth study in Asian studies while completing a bachelors degree or double degree in other fields. Students explore issues from a comparative perspective across a range of Asian countries, looking at their cultures (including music and literature), history, politics and social organisation. Asia's relations with Australia and the rest of the world may be studied, and students can also take a closer look at particular Asian countries such as China, Japan, Korea or broader regions such as South or Southeast Asia. StructureThis course consists of a standard 48 point major consisting of a first year sequence of 12 points and one of the following:
RequirementsStudents are required to complete a three-year major sequence (48 points) in Asian Studies.
