Taxation law considers various aspects of taxation law to provide students with a strong understanding of how taxation issues may impact upon business decisions.

To complete the Taxation law major in the Master of Business, students must complete:

Six units (36 points) from the following list:

• BTF5230 Investment taxation
• BTF5240 Workplace taxation
• BTF5250 Business tax planning
• BTF5290 Business transactions taxes
• BTX5541 Corporations law
• BTX9020 Business law
• BTX9651 Taxation law*

* This unit is a prerequisite for other taxation units.
