Students will develop knowledge and skills related to leadership in the workplace and an understanding of and experience in mapping professional learning and development. It provides a pathway into the Master in Organisational Leadership degree. Course ObjectivesAt the completion of this course graduates will have developed knowledge and skills related to leadership in the workplace; have an understanding of and experience in mapping professional learning and development; be able to understand and take responsibility for project management at work; have a broad and practical understanding of the range of resource management issues and necessities in a modern organisation; have a strong understanding of the theories and practices that contribute to organisational learning and development.
