Course description

This course is designed for professionals working in a range of human service and corporate sector organisations who prefer being associated with an organisational qualification rather than an educational one upon graduation.

Entry requirements

To be eligible for admission to the course, applicants must hold either:

  • an approved three-year bachelors degree in a relevant field with a credit average in the final year, or
  • an approved three-year bachelors degree (or equivalent) and a fourth year of study, or
  • an approved four-year bachelors degree, or
  • qualifications or experience considered by the faculty board to be equivalent to, or a satisfactory substitute for, the above awards.

Course structure

The course consists of 48 points of study. Students will complete four 12-point units:

Articulation

Candidates who successfully complete the Postgraduate Diploma in Organisational Leadership may complete a masters degree by undertaking up to a further two units (including a research core unit).
