Course description

This is a professional doctorate combining coursework and research. It is ideal for students who wish to research their area of expertise in depth, but who do not wish to do this using the methodology of a single research topic.

Course structure

(a) Students must complete four core units:

  • DBA6000 Quantitative business research methods
  • DBA6010 Qualitative business research methods
  • DBA6007 DBA seminar
  • DBA6008 Current issues in business

(b) Students must also complete:

(i) Research component – stage 1 (first year).

(ii) Research component – stage 2 (second year).

(iii) Research component – stage 3 (third year).
