Synopsis: This subject will provide students with a detailed understanding of a variety of theoretical and methodological research modes appropriate to the study and critical analysis of multimedia systems, products and services. These research methods will include the broad categories of quantitative, qualitative, empirical and ethnographic research; however students will also explore the development of methods traditionally equated with the study of the humanities, in particular the areas of film and television.
Assessment: Assignment 100%
Prerequisites: Bachelor of Multimedia, or approved equivalent, with credit average
