Synopsis: A comprehensive examination of executive leadership in Australia and internationally. Individual, group and organisational issues, specifically in terms of current leadership models and paradigms, leadership research methods, gender, ethical, and strategic issues, and the relationships between leadership and performance, group dynamics, organisational culture, and learning organisations.
Assessment: Individual assignment (5000 words): 50% + Individual assignment (2500 words): 30% + Group assignment (2000 words): 20%
Contact Hours: 3-hour class per week, block mode
Prerequisites: Students must have completed 24 points at 9000-level.
