Caulfield Term 1 2006 (On-campus)
Synopsis: Issues included in the unit are theories and concepts concerning bargaining and dispute resolution, including alternative dispute resolution; the legal framework within which workplace bargaining and dispute resolution take place; examination of relevant case studies and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Assessment: Individual assignment (3500 words): 40 + Individual assignment (5000 words) + presentation: 60%
Contact Hours: Two 1-hour lectures and one 1-hour tutorial per week
Prerequisites: MGX9220 or BTX9070 and must have passed four 9000-level units
