Synopsis: This unit explores facts, theories and tools that are required to produce a plan for creating a work environment that encourages creative thinking. It introduces the tools and software for creative thinking, as well as the facts and theories for understanding personal and corporate creativity. Case studies are used to illustrate and test the theories; and a conservative, a moderate and a radical proposal are provided for creating a work environment that encourages creative thinking.

Assessment: Two assignments: 50% each
