Caulfield First semester 2006 (Day)
Synopsis: This unit introduces fundamental concepts about information, its use by individuals, groups, organisations and societies in a variety of contexts, and the role of information management. It provides students with basic skills in the analysis of various stakeholder needs, and the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and Information Management (IM) tools to meet these needs.
Assessment: Examination: 3 hours (50%) + Assignments + Practical work (50%)
