Synopsis: Upon successful completion of this unit, students should be able to demonstrate knowledge of school curriculum P-12, and be able to select and discuss resources relevant to individual areas of study; guide individual library users to resources they need (locally and from the broader library network), and provide training in their use; locate, organise and publish web-based information; and make resources easily accessible to library users through appropriate collection management (classification, location and allocation of unit headings) and user education.

Assessment: Annotated bibliography of resources: 50% (approx 2400 words) + Web page/site: 30% (web document 1200 words) + Subject Pathfinder: 10% (approx 400 words)
