Clayton First semester 2006 (Day)
Synopsis: Overview of the various water and wastewater systems in an urban environment, their functions and modes of operation and influence of climate variability on urban requirements in terms of management and discharge of stormwater and wastewater. Examination of water supply treatment, stormwater management system, sewerage system and the interface between these systems.
Assessment: Examination (3 hours): 50% + Assignments: 50% + Students must pass both assignment and examination components

Prerequisites: CIV2261 and CIV2262
