The course aims to develop the knowledge and skills of medical practitioners working with patients with mental illness and offers practical training in the academic aspects of psychiatry. Entry requirementsApplicants must be registered medical practitioners currently engaged in psychiatric practice, clinical training in psychiatry or with an interest in psychiatry. Course structureThe course comprises three core units in first year, and two core units and two electives in both second and third years. Year 1

AssessmentContinuous assessment will be based on submission of assignments and critical essays related to the core and elective units being undertaken for the degree.
