Advanced standingCandidates should consult the MBA Programs office regarding the advanced standing criteria for the MBA. Course structure(a) Students must complete 10 core units (60 points):
(b) Students must complete eight units (48 points) from the Master of Laws units as follows: A candidate with a degree in a discipline other than law will be required to complete the unit LAW7212 (Australian legal system) unless an exemption is granted) plus at least five other units offered as part of the Master of Laws specialising in commercial law. The remaining units may be taken from any units offered in the Master of Laws coursework program. The units in the specialisation will be those that are specified from time to time by the Faculty of Law Board on the recommendation of the Postgraduate Studies Committee of the faculty.
