Objectives: An in depth study and/or recital of a particular topic and genre in music

Assessment: OPTION ONE 1. Critical essay (option 1) (8000 words): 90%; 2. Three critiques of three Research and Work in Progress Seminars (option 1) (1000 words): 10% OPTION TWO 1.Recital 25 minutes 60%; 2.Either (a) (1 x 2600 words essay)(2600 words): OR (b) (2 x 1300 words essay) (2600 words): 30%; 3.Three critiques of three Research and Work in Progress Seminars 10%
