Synopsis: The aim of this unit is to develop the skills of test evaluation, specifically the ability to interpret and evaluate reliability, validity and normative information, and develop an understanding of the major methods of assessing personality, abilities and specific work skills. Depending on prior knowledge, coverage of psychometric issues may be varied and forensic assessment may be included in the course.
