Multimedia (honours) ( 48 points, SCA Band 2, 1.000 EFTSL)

Synopsis: This is a 48-point full year unit which covers the requirements for an Honours programme. Students must complete coursework units totalling 24 credit points, and for the other half of their workload may choose to complete either a minor thesis or an exhibition of work of their own composition. The course work component comprises the following: two compulsory core units, Introduction to Multimedia Research and Multimedia Research Seminar,and two third, fourth or fifth year level units selected by the student and related to their research topic or exhibition theme.

Assessment: 50% coursework and 50% thesis or exhibition.

Prerequisites: Bachelor of Multimedia with at least a Credit average in the final year, or equivalent tertiary qualification.
