Synopsis: Students will develop skills in conceptual development, storyboards, workups and visualisation for simple 3D projects. Students will progress through the essential development processes required to produce projects resulting in a professional end product.
Assessment: One practical examination: (60% total weight) Four minor assignments: (20% total weight) Visual Diary: (20% total weight)
Contact Hours: 12 hours per week for 13 weeks. Students will attend a one hour lecture and one 3 hour tutorial/seminar session per week. Students are expected to spend a further 8 hours on individual study and assignment work, including research and computer laboratory work beyond these normal class hours.
