Synopsis: International strategic management; ethics and social responsibility, communication and interpersonal relations; employee attitudes and motivation; cross-cultural leadership; control and conflict issues, international human resource management and comparative industrial relations.

Assessment: Individual assignment (2000 words): 30% + Group assignment (1000 words per student) and presentation: 30% + Class test (2 hours): 40%
