Synopsis: This unit considers processes and issues involved in travel and tour management. The first half considers the operations of travel agents. The second considers group tours, including the roles of tour designers, tour managers and tour guides.

Assessment: Two assignments (each 2000 words): 50% + Examination (3 hours): 50%
