Synopsis: Theory of organisation change and development, OD and metaphor, the client-consultant relationship, diagnosis, interventions, organizational learning, resistance to change, managing resistance to change, evaluation and institutionalization of change, transformation and cultural change, future directions, revision.
Assessment: Individual assignments (3000 words): 30% + Group presentation and assignment (2000 words): 30% + Examination (2 hours): 40%
Contact Hours: 3 hours per week
Prerequisites: Completion of 12 units including MGF1010
