Caulfield Second semester 2005 (On-campus)
Synopsis: This unit familiarises students with methods and techniques in problem solving and critical thinking, and assists in developing the relevant skills for complex analytical reasoning in business contexts. This is a practical unit, involving preparation for standard skills tests such as the Graduate Skills Assessment (GSA), and based on case studies describing relevant business issues.
Assessment: Two one-hour revision exercises: 25% each + one final three-hour exam: 50%.
Contact Hours: 39 contact hours.
Prerequisites: Approval required.
