Synopsis: This unit will examine supply chain management trends while focusing on the critical management decision variables to be considered in developing and managing a world class supply chain. The initial focus is on upstream supply chain management. The latter section of the course extends the concepts to downstream (customer) relationship management and integrated network management.

Assessment: Presentation: 20% + Individual case write up (x 2): 30% + Report: 50%
