Synopsis: (Please note that this unit is only available as an on-line offering in Semester Two, 2005.) Overview of current Law Teaching practice Developing reflective practice Future directions/ trends.
Objectives: At the successful completion of this Unit the student should be able to: (1) Explain the influences of traditional and current Law Teaching practice; (2) Describe a range of current Law Teaching methods; (3) Relate these to their own teaching practice; (4) Explore implications for their future practice.
Assessment: This Unit will be assessed as Pass or Fail only and no grades will be allocated. There will be ongoing assessment which may include reflective activities, case studies and a final assessment task. Participation in the Unit online discussion group will also be required.
