Synopsis: Using contemporary materials selected from the print media, students are introduced to a variety of styles, including those of business, law, journalism and the environment/tourism, and then participate in structured workshops where appropriate terminology and structures are used. Model translations are made and oral presentations are given.

Assessment: Written (2000 words, English and Indonesian): 60% + Oral presentations and workshops: 40%

Contact Hours: 4 hours (1 lecture and 3 tutorials) per week

Prerequisites: INM2320 or equivalent
