Caulfield First semester 2005 (Day)
Synopsis: This unit will provide a detailed understanding of the principles and practices of interface design for computer-based systems. It examines issues in the design of system interfaces from a number of perspectives. It explores contemporary issues in interface design, and establishes principles for intelligent graphic interface design and use.
Assessment: Examination: 60% + Assignments: 40%
Contact Hours: 3 hours per week
Prerequisites: IMS1002, IMS2071, SYS2001, SYS2168, TEC3641, IMS2805 or equivalent.
