Caulfield Second semester 2005 (Day)
Synopsis: The unit explores fundamental concepts of information management within organisations. It matches known information needs of the business organisation with Information Managment (IM) services and solutions, and teaches students how to use IM tools developed to manage information within organisations.
Assessment: Examination: 3 hours (50%) + Assignments + Practical work (50%)
Contact Hours: 4 hours per week
Prerequisites: IMS1102 or equivalent
Prohibitions: IMS2603
