Synopsis: Communication skills, decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ethics and professionalism, negligence and liability. Aspects of management and management processes such as organisations, group behaviour, planning organising, leading, motivation. An introduction to industrial relations and occupational health and safety.

Assessment: Examinations: 70% + Assignments: 30%
