Synopsis: Students classify educational software in terms of process and application. They use and evaluate educational software.
Objectives: Upon successful completion of this unit, students should have knowledge and understanding of the classification of software in terms of content, process and level of difficulty; computer-based learning packages; the use and evaluation of educational software in teaching/learning activities.
Assessment: Two assignments - Assignment 1: 30%; Assignment 2: 70% (not to exceed 4500 words in total)
