Synopsis: As for EDF4207. This unit is a continuation of Studio arts A: Contemporary Art A (Education).

Objectives: Upon successful completion of this unit, students should be able to show that they have developed a level of skill to express personal concepts through their chosen medium which would include painting, sculpture, printmaking, textiles and/or computer art; communicate verbally about their chosen medium and its visual outcomes; show that they are capable of incorporating various art processes as a means of visual expression; complete expressive works and have experienced the process of arranging these works at a public exhibition.

Assessment: Folio of work samples and major works: 80% + Class presentation: 20%
