Synopsis: Study in a special field of economics in which no formal subject is available. The supervisor will prescribe a list of references, consult frequently with the student and set whatever written work and examination is deemed appropriate. Students interested in a reading subject of this type should first consult the head of the department.
Assessment: Written (5000-word essay): 50% + Examination (3 hours): 50%
