Synopsis: Under supervision, student are expected to undertake and report on an original research project that addresses a significant issue (or issues) in business law or taxation; this research proposal is likely to have substantial practical outcomes or implication; as well, it is hoped that students and supervisors will publish the work in an appropriate peer-refereed journal.

Assessment: Research dissertation (5000 - 8000): 100%

Prerequisites: Acceptance for enrolment into the Master of Business Law program.
