Clayton Second semester 2005 (Day)
Synopsis: The unit introduces students to contemporary developments in labour law, employment law, discrimination law and occupational health and safety law. It aims to develop knowledge and skills and understanding of the practical application of these areas of the law in Australian workplaces.
Assessment: Assignment (2500 words): 40% + Examination (3 hours, open book): 60%
Contact Hours: 3 hours per week
Prerequisites: BTC1110 or BTC2110 or equivalent
