Synopsis: Under the supervision of one or more academic staff, the student will: identify a relevant project, develop research objectives and hypotheses, establish an appropriate research design, carry out the laboratory or field research, and write up the report.
Assessment: Research report (20,000 words) tasks 1-7 (including task 3 - a 5,000 word critical review of the relevant literature for 25% of the total marks): 100%
Prerequisites: Completion of 8 units in the Master of Wine Technology and Marketing or the Master of Marketing (Food and Beverage)
