Synopsis: The nature of projects, project evaluation and selection, project organisation and responsibility accounting, project scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation, project monitoring and information systems, earned value management, financial reporting and accounting issues pertaining to construction and other long-term contracts, project evaluation and auditing.

Assessment: Project presentation: 30% + Examination: 70%
