Synopsis: Topics include capital structure, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, leasing as a source of finance, management of fixed interest investments,risk management, international financial management, advanced asset pricing and initial public offering.

Assessment: Mid-semester test: 20% + Examination (3 hours): 80%

Contact Hours: Two 1-hour lectures and one 1-hour tutorial per week
