The discipline

The major sequence in environmental science and resource management explores the scientific basis for management of natural resources and environmental problems. There is a focus on conservation, biodiversity, natural area management and the sustainable use of resources such as air, soil, water and energy.

Sequence requirements

Minor sequence in environmental science and resource management (24 points):

• ENV1711 and ENV1722, and
• any two of ENV2726, ENV2747 or ENV2757.

Major sequence in environmental science and resource management (48 points):

• ENV1711 and ENV1722, and
• ENV2726 and at least one of ENV2747 or ENV2757, and
• ENV3737 and any 12 or 18 remaining points from ENV3639, ENV3647, ENV3656, ENV3726 or GES3820.
