This double degree course aims to provide a broad based foundation in business and management while providing existing and aspiring managers with the opportunity of developing specialist knowledge and expertise in business law.

For future years of the course, Monash University reserves the right to adjust
annual tuition fees. However, Monash University undertakes that any adjustment
factor will not exceed 10% per annum.
(a) Students must complete 10 core units (60 credit points):

credit points) from the Master of Laws (Commercial Law) as follows:
(i) Coursework only
Students enrolling for the degree by coursework alone will be required to
complete eight units totalling 48 credit points from the Master of Laws
(Commercial Law) program (at least five of these from the specialist units)
plus two further units (12 credit points) from the MBA program.

The LLM by coursework and minor thesis may be taken in two ways:
Note that within this framework, LLM students can take up to two units from other faculties, subject to approval from the course director (LLM), or up to four units approved for the Master of Commercial Law by the Faculty of Law, provided the course director (LLM) is satisfied that the unit does not substantially duplicate a subject previously completed by the candidate.
