Course description

This course has been designed for experienced managers without a first degree to enable them to obtain an introductory qualification in management.

Course structure

(a) Students must complete two core units (12 credit points):

• MGX9600 Managing people and organisations
• MGX9940 Managerial effectiveness

(b) Students must complete two elective units (12 credit points) from 9000-level units taught by the Department of Management
