Applicants should hold a bachelors degree with at least a credit average in the final year, or a bachelors pass degree with demonstrable professional experience at a senior level in a relevant area. (Such applicants will need to supply a CV, a 1000-word statement and the names of two professional referees). Prior learning may be recognised at the discretion of the course coordinator.
The course normally consists of three (but a minimum of two) core units and one (or a maximum of two) elective unit (12 points per unit; 48 points in total).
Students require a credit average in the postgraduate diploma program to transfer to the Master of Applied Linguistics by coursework.
