Off-Campus Learning Guide 2005

Starting your course

Off-campus learning students whose enrolment has been finalised may expect their first package of information to arrive in late January or early February.

The off-campus learning package includes information about most areas of importance to off-campus learning students:

Study materials

Some or all of your study materials for the first semester will be sent in late January or early February. These materials detail the text requirements, how to contact your unit adviser, assignment deadlines etc. Later mailings spaced about two weeks apart may include extra resource material for the semester's work.

Weekend school timetables for first semester

Timetables will be provided by the faculties if your course requires weekend school attendance. Not all units have weekend school classes. For further information about weekend schools, visit the website at www.celts.monash.edu.au/ssu.

Network lists

A list of fellow students who have given their consent (on the `Application for admission' form) for their name, telephone number, postcode and email address (if applicable) to be given to other students will be sent to you with the material for each enrolled unit.
