Synopsis:

Objectives: As for TRN4020 with the additional objective of reading more widely in the relevant theoretically orientated literature.

Assessment: Annotated bibliography (1,500 words): 25% + Critical essay (3,000 words): 75% Fifty year students will also be required to demonstrate considerable familiarity with the more theoretically orientated literature of Translation Studies.

Prerequisites: TRN4030
