Tapestry practice and theory 2B (6 points)

Synopsis:

Objectives: On successful completion of this unit, students will: 1. have produced a high quantity of potential ideas and projects; 2 have begun to be aware of the relationships between tapestry and other media; 3. have developed the ability to make individual decisions and choices; 4. have improved skills in a number of drawing methods and techniques; 5. understand and apply the principles of occupational health and safety practices in the studio

Assessment: Folio of studio work: 100%, of which at least 20% will be assessed before mid-semester.

Contact Hours: 12 hours per week, including six hours of taught studio and six hours of personal study and studio practice

Prerequisites: Admission to BFA course

Corequisites: OHS1000
