Synopsis:

Objectives: By the end of the unit, students should have acquired sufficient technical and interpretive skills, experience in musical performance, and knowledge of the repertoire to operate as professional performers.

Assessment: 90-minute recital and program booklet: 60% + Concerto or ensemble performance and program booklet: 25% + 40-minute lecture-demonstration and paper: 15%

Contact Hours: 3 hours (1 x 1 hour individual supervision and 1 x 2 hour tutorial) per week

Prerequisites: MUM4980 and MUM4990
