Synopsis:

Objectives: On completion of this unit students will: 1. develop skills in community nutritional assessment; 2. develop skills in design, management, and evaluation of intersectoral programs to enhance community and household food security; 3. develop skills to address the major nutritional deficiency diseases in developing countries.

Assessment: Written assignments
